Thermoforming and Roto-moulding… the flexibility
Thermoforming uses the principle of vacuum exhaustion and applies to vinyl, cellulose, polyamide or polycarbonate resins. Dedicated to mass production of parts with thin thickness, it meets requirements of sectors such as transport, building or packaging. Roto-moulding consists in transforming a polymeric material that is heated from 200° to 400° by rotation of moulds on 2 axes. Fitted to production in medium series of small products in PVC, it well applies to toys industry, farming, sport, leisure, chemical industry or transport sector.
