Injection-moulding… performance in series

Injection-moulding is the most used process of moulding based on the application of a pressure to a plastic material by heat. Mainly used with thermoplastics such as polystyrene, cellulose, acrylic or linear polyester, it also applies to thermosetting materials. The process is optimised thanks to CAD/CAM of one- or multi-cavity moulds and allows so the mass production of parts with very varied heights and complicated forms.
