A perfectly mastered process

Producing one-part blown hollow bodies, the extrusion blow-moulding process offers many advantages. As there is no welding or bonding requested besides regular trimming, the process opens wide design possibilities as well as high production rates. Combining several processes such as injection-moulding and thermoforming, blow-moulding allows specific technical specifications such as over-moulding of inserts, cutting and punching. Additional downstream operations can be performed according to request, such as part welding, painting, assembly, printing or foaming.
